THE
PROCESS
1 -CONTACT: Email Ashley with the approx sq. Footage of your space and best days/times that work best for your space to be fully prepped and vacant for the tour to be done.
2 - BOOK DATE + PAY DEPOSIT
3 - DAY OF SHOOT + FINAL PAYMENT: A walk through of the property to plan the best path to take through the space and check all the details at the same time. Then Ashley will work her magic and work through the space. Final payment is due on/or before the day of the shoot.
4 - PUTTING THE TOUR TOGETHER: Ashley will work her magic to make sure everything is lined up, exposures and editing is on point and that the scans match up. From there, the files are sent to the iGuide team to put it all together. This process can take a week.
5 - DELIVERY: Once the file comes back, and is inspected by Ashley, you will have your file delivered to you and added to Google Maps. You’ll be able to add your file to your website, social media or anywhere you can imagine!

Yes, when your file has been delivered it is yours to use wherever you please!
HOW MUCH TIME WILL A TOUR TAKE TO PHOTOGRAPH?
This will depend on the square footage we are shooting.
WHAT IF MY STORE/SPACE CHANGES SEASONALLY?
Though your exact stock may change frequently, the general idea of the online tour will peak your potential clients curiosity and keep you in the forefront of their minds, when they are able to visit you in person. If you would prefer, we can set up a second visit to re-shoot key spaces that will change for the season (i.e. In November, do a series of shots showcasing your holiday decor).
